Medieval Fair - formal letter

Medieval Fair - formal letter

Dear Sir,

At the beginning I want to say thank you for making report about out Medieval Fair. Indeed I cannot agree with your opinion and I want to give you reasons for that.

Firstly you said that the attendance was poor and worst than in previous years. But it is not true. The real problem was with a total lack of parking spaces and this is the reason for low attendance.

I read in your report about boring archery and medieval dancing displays. I know that archery display was loved by kids. In opposite to your view our emails show that the music and dancing were loved and very professional. Visitors were even impressed by them.

We know there was not enough space for cookery and craft skills and some people could complain about it. But on the other hand we read in emails sentences like: “I didn’t realize medieval cooking was so good! The clothes making was fascinating”. So indeed it was not a failure.

Out Medieval Fair last Sunday was a huge success. We disagree with your report and we want to ask you for writing the next one in which you can show the whole truth.

Best Regards,

xxx
